SOLACRIL 781 is a self cross-linking solvent borne acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive with a very high total solids value. The product does not contain aromatic solvents.
The product has high peel adhesion and tack values, combined with a good balance of cohesive properties and a good thermal resistance.
SOLACRIL 781 is recommended for double-sided foams, for transfer tapes and for products with high initial tack.

SOLACRIL 781 is supplied ready for coating by rotating blade or reverse roll. Diluted, it can be applied by rotogravure or Mayer bar. A perfect drying is necessary to fully complete the cross-linking process.
The product is supplied in iron drums (180 kg); ADR compliant IBC containers (900 kg).
Store in a cool place, protected from direct sunlight and heat sources, at temperatures between +5 and +40°C. Keep material in tightly closed containers to prevent loss of solvents.
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
