PRIMER PP 11 is a solvent-based primer for polyolefin films and natural rubber-based adhesives.
Application
PRIMER PP 11 has been developed for application to treated polyolefin films.

Handling
Application systems can be reverse-roll or Mayer bar.
PRIMER PP 11 must be activated before use by adding 1–1.5% of CURING AGENT D, the pot-life of the product is reduced as crosslinking starts immediately after addition of the curing agent.
Stir well after activation. Apply 0.5–0.6 g dry/ sqm.
If necessary, the product can be diluted with toluene.
Packaging
The product is supplied in iron drums (180 kg).
Storing
Store the product at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight and humidity. Stir well before use.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
